Dysphoria.

If you never felt this feeling,

you cannot imagine what it's like.

No it's not the same as being uncomfortable.

For me at least.

For me it's a pulling in my chest.

Comes from a deep place.

Inside my mind,

inside my real self.

I don't change my name for fun.

My birth name just stabs me every time.

My name is what I choose it to be.

Your opinion won't

change anything about me.

It will just hurt me.

If you tell me that

I'm unnatural

You are just

evil.

My name.

My body.

My life.

My choice.

So if I want to change in any way, it is my problem. You aren't forced to say anything, just let me live. By hurting me, you bring me nearer to any alternative to life. I'll let you imagine that on your own.

The dysphoria

isn't to be underestimated.

It makes you

wear five sportbras and nearly faint.

It makes you cry in class,

because your friend wants to hug you.

I'm not seeking attention.

I'm seeking happiness.
