Our Generation

We are called the generation Y (why)

We are supposed to be happy; the fortunate ones who've never had to fight

We are the realization of the dreams of those who've had to campaign for their freedom

We have everything, don't we?

But we live in a world, where there is nothing we can rebell against

Why should we shout revolution?

All wars are fought and all gods dead

We are the hope of those who couldn’t make their dreams come true

We are expected to be succesful

We should trust the gouverment and let them lead us to a good future

But how should I believe and trust a leadership which is dumb enough to fight wars  abroad  instead of solving the problems in inland

We live in a society which is based on a simple rule:

You can only win if others lose

Our success is only possible if there is poverty and pain

We were taught to ignore and simply accept this rule

Should  we risk our good position and resist the wave of cheapness

The ocean of death and blood that brings our success

We live in a fake world

In a fake peace

We pretend to have everything

We pretend to believe in equality but still we think to be better

A generation who was taught to ignore pain and believe in whatever the leadership says

Seems brainwashed, faceless and weak to me

A emotionless, thoughless mass of believers

Our freedom is a big fat lie
